Broke in Less Than 30 Days From Normal Wear
3 days agoI am extremely disappointed with the durability of these glasses. I purchased them for my son less than 30 days ago, and the frame has already failed. The metal piece that secures the hinge to the arm has completely popped out of the plastic frame.
This was not caused by the glasses being stepped on, crushed, or otherwise damaged. The hinge simply separated from the frame during normal use. For a pair of glasses that is less than 30 days old, this is clearly a premature product failure and not reasonable wear and tear.
I expected much better quality and durability from Zenni. A frame should not fail at the hinge within the first month of normal use. I am requesting that Zenni stand behind the product and provide a replacement under the applicable warranty or guarantee. I can provide photos of the broken hinge to document the issue.
I am very disappointed that a brand new pair of glasses has become unusable so quickly, and I hope Zenni will resolve this promptly and replace the defective frame.
